Assistant Manager HR

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee compensation and benefits scheme and ensure accurate, timely salary processing.
  • Develop and align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring compliance with labor laws and supporting change initiatives at the Distribution Centre.
  • Lead and manage the Performance Management System(PMS).
  • Collaborate with finance and senior management to create and monitor financial processes related to HR operations while maintaining cost alignment.
  • Build effective partnerships with stakeholders to support business goals and maintain a productive work environment.
  • Drive the digital transformation of HR processes by leading the team in implementing and optimizing innovative technology solutions.

Person Specifications

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master’s Degree is considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR expertise, including at least 2 years in similar capacity, with exposure to distribution center or warehouse operations being highly desirable.
  • Exhibit advanced knowledge of HR best practices, regulatory compliance, and employment legislation, along with proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Showcase exceptional leadership, team management capabilities, and the ability to foster collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting, coupled with sound judgment in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, adaptability, and resilience while excelling in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
