Job Responsibilities

Plan and implement ITV operations to meet client requirements effectively.

Ensure ITV operator rosters are developed and executed to meet operational targets.

Develop and implement OH&S plans to achieve safety objectives.

Ensure cost-effective and adequate employee welfare while managing operational costs efficiently.

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures by all operators.

Monitor and achieve operational KPIs and efficiency benchmarks.

Act as a liaison between client teams, port authorities, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

Serve as the main point of contact for Operations Executives and OH&S Executives during ITV operations.

Promptly address and resolve any operational or safety-related issues raised by Operations Executives and OH&S Executives.

Optimize the productive utilization of ITV operators and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Continuously monitor key operational parameters and submit timely management reports.
Person Specifications

3 to 5 years of experience in an operational or similar role.

Strong understanding of OH&S regulations and practices within an industrial setup.

Hands-on experience in managing frontline workers, with proven people management skills.

Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and self-driven, with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Good physical and mental fitness to meet operational demands.

Sound knowledge of IT systems and management.
