Assistant Manager-Talent Acquisition

Job Responsibilities

1.Lead Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development by designing and executing effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools for both blue-collar and white-collar roles, ensuring a strong and sustainable talent pipeline.
2.Manage End-to-End Recruitment Processes, including candidate screening, assessments, interview coordination, and selection, while ensuring seamless and positive candidate experience.
3.Oversee Offer Management & Onboarding, including extending offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process in compliance with employment laws and company policies.
4.Drive Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement by analyzing labour market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor strategies, while identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment and HR operational efficiency.
5.Strengthening Staff Retention by implementing retention strategies, conducting root cause analysis on absenteeism, managing grievances, and building strong stakeholder relationships.
6.Support Strategic HR Planning & Budget Management through workforce planning, HR strategy development, and monitoring budget performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
7.Ensure Compliance by maintaining adherence to managing IMS-related responsibilities, monitoring process performance, and effectively handling employee emergencies and workplace risks.

Person Specifications

1.Minimum of 3 years’ progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in Talent Acquisition, preferably within distribution, supply chain, or retail environments.
2.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Logistics, or a related field, with Employee Relations experience considered an added advantage.
3.Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with hands-on exposure to both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment.
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels.
5.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software, with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
6.High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to perform in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities effectively.
