Associate Project Manager

Job Responsibilities
• Plan, review and execute project plans to coordinate cross-functional project activities.
• Support planning, coordination, and execution of Technology projects and assist in developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Track project progress, milestones, deliverables and manage project related documentation.
• Support change management and communication activities including end user training and hyper care.
• Ensure compliance with project governance and standard practices ensuring the smooth delivery of planned tasks.
• Conduct and manage project meetings, discovery workshops, and reviews.
Person Specifications
• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
• Complete or partial professional certifications, such as PMP or equivalent credentials.
• 1 Year experience in similar role.
• Ability to independently manage complex, high-visibility project initiatives
• Excellent problem - solving skills with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Communication skills to liaise with global service providers and stakeholders.
