Job Responsibilities
• Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat requests related to BYD vehicles promptly and professionally.
• Handle customer concerns about BYD NEVs, diagnose issues, and offer appropriate solutions or escalate technical support.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and recorded in the CRM system.
• Conduct satisfaction surveys with BYD customers and inform them of current promotions or upcoming service reminders.
• Ensure customer records are up to date in the system.
Person Specifications
• Minimum GCE A-Levels or equivalent (preferred: Diploma in Communication, Business Administration, or related field).
• O-Level passes in English and Mathematics required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Experience using CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom) is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional fluency in Sinhala or Tamil is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and multitask in a dynamic call center environment.
