Executive - Digital Learning & Content Creation

Job Responsibilities
Digital Learning & Content Development
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop, update, and maintain digital learning content and e-learning programmes.
- Create interactive e-modules, learning resources and assessments using relevant authoring tools (Articulate).
- Where necessary, coordinate with the LMS vendor or other design agencies to develop e-learning content, graphics, animations, videos, and other digital assets to enhance learning effectiveness and learner engagement.
- Support the continuous enhancement of e-learning modules and the user experience of the LMS platform.
Manage and Enhance the Learning Management System
- Managing content uploads, learning pathways, user access, reporting, and system communications.
- Coordinating system updates, testing, troubleshooting, and vendor engagement where required.
- Identifying and implementing enhancements to improve user experience, functionality, adoption, and reporting capabilities.
HR Communications for L&D, Employer Branding & Employee Engagement
- Design and develop communication and branding materials for Group HR initiatives, including Learning & Development, Employer Branding and Employee Engagement, and HR programmes using relevant content creation tools (Canva/Photoshop etc.).
- Where necessary, coordinate with other design agencies to create multimedia content, graphics, animations, videos, and other digital assets to enhance Group HR initiatives.
- Maintain a repository of media (images, videos, etc.) and communication materials of Group HR initiatives.
- Ensure consistency of messaging, visual identity, and branding across the designed Group HR communications.
Person Specifications
- Fully or partially completed a bachelor’s degree in business management, HR or related field.
- Or fully or partially completed a professional qualification in HRM.
- Any other similar or equivalent qualification
- Sound knowledge of e-learning design principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Use of e-learning content authoring tools (Articulate)
- Knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent applications.
- 02+ years of related work experience.
