Executive - Group Human Resources

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of the Group’s employer branding, employee engagement and wellbeing.
• Assist in the development & implementation of programs and initiatives that support overall employee experience.
• Ensuring smooth implementation of Employee engagement activities for the Group to promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement.
• Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of all employer branding, employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Assisting with the design & implementation of University Engagement activities.
• Support the talent acquisition initiatives of the Group.
• Assist the implementation of elements of employee value proposition pertaining to culture and wellbeing.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee experience, and regularly bring new ideas and approaches to the organization.

Person Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or related field or possess HR related professional qualification (PQHRM/CQHRM).
• Prior experience in designing and implementing employee experience initiatives that support employee engagement and wellbeing.
• Knowledge in graphic design and content creation tools such as Canva.
• Good team player with excellent Interpersonal Skills.
• Ability to multi task and work under pressure.
• Sound knowledge in MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
