Executive- Health Safety Environment
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards (OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations across logistics operations.
- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and training, including toolbox talks and ERT preparedness, to promote a strong safety culture.
- Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and inspections across warehouses, transport vehicles, and logistics yards, identifying hazards and enforcing corrective measures.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, maintain detailed records, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor environmental impacts such as waste, emissions, fuel usage, and hazardous materials handling to ensure sustainability and legal compliance.
- Prepare and submit regular HSE reports to management, support internal and external audits, and maintain documentation for audit and regulatory readiness.
Person Specifications

1–3 years of experience in multi-site HSE leadership, with a proven track record in compliance, risk management, audits, and emergency planning within logistics or warehouse environments.

Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, or a related field; certifications such as NEBOSH or NIOSH are preferred.

Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, warehouse and transport safety protocols, and hands-on experience with tools like Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, and Fishbone Diagrams.

Excellent communication, training, and team leadership skills, with the ability to effectively guide teams at all levels—from ground staff to senior management.

Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple responsibilities such as audits, incident reporting, and HSE training programs.

Continuous improvement mindset, proactive in tracking safety trends, analyzing HSE data, and implementing strategic safety initiatives.
