Job Profile:

• Overseeing overall operations of the Housekeeping Department and managing financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for Housekeeping.
• Setting departmental targets and objectives, preparing work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures.
• Inspecting guest rooms and all housekeeping areas regularly to ensure furnishings, facilities, and equipment are well maintained and in good condition.
• Managing operating expenses to minimize costs while maintaining excellent guest service.
• Maintaining set standards in guest rooms and public areas, issuing work orders, and organizing pest control to ensure all company standards are consistently upheld.
• Remaining constantly alert for new methods, techniques, equipment, and materials that can improve operations at reduced costs.
• Ensuring all guest rooms are maintained in adherence with MQS standards and delivering optimal service levels to guests at all times.
• Developing team members through guidance and continuous performance support.

Personal Profile:

• Possess a Diploma in Housekeeping from a recognized Hotel School with 6-10 years of experience in housekeeping operations in a similar capacity.
• Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and a thorough understanding of contemporary housekeeping standards.
• Be fully conversant with all functions related to Housekeeping and Laundry Operations.
