Job Responsibilities
- Prepare the job advert and post it on the internal platform and on external digital platforms.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Assess training needs and coordinate relevant training programs.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
- Overlooking the benefits given to staff (eg: Insurance, Mobile phones etc).
- Maintain accurate employee records on the system and personal files.
- Organize employee engagement events to enhance team bonding.
Person Specifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Professional Qualification in Human Resources from CIPM.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in the Automotive industry would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
