Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure employee wellbeing through addressing non personal grievances
  • Monitoring and forecasting Absenteeism and Attrition
  • Ensure proper execution of employee engagement activities
  • Coordinate benefits, welfare activities and HR Services
  • Maintain employees' discipline
  • Ensure all HR practices, policies, and procedures comply with local labor laws and regulations
  • Coordinate training programs and support employee development.

Person Specifications

  • Possess Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management ,Business Administration, or related field.
  • Possess at least 2 years experience in the HR field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
