Job Responsibilities
- Ensure employee wellbeing through addressing non personal grievances
- Monitoring and forecasting Absenteeism and Attrition
- Ensure proper execution of employee engagement activities
- Coordinate benefits, welfare activities and HR Services
- Maintain employees' discipline
- Ensure all HR practices, policies, and procedures comply with local labor laws and regulations
- Coordinate training programs and support employee development.
Person Specifications
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management ,Business Administration, or related field.
- Possess at least 2 years experience in the HR field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
