                         Location Development Executive                                  

Ceylon Cold Stores PLC (CCS), manufacturer of Elephant House Soft Drinks and Ice Creams is a leading consumer food company in Sri Lanka. CCS is a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC.

The company is seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position of Location Development Executive. To identify, evaluate and secure potential locations for new outlet development by conducting extensive field scouting across Sri Lanka, building relationships with property owners and agents, collecting property documentation, supporting site evaluations and document verification, and facilitating the end-to-end location acquisition process.

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Marketing, Construction Management or a related field. Experience in restaurants, hotels, retail, manufacturing or other multi-site operations is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of retail expansion, site selection criteria, property acquisition processes, real estate market conditions and property-related documentation. Ability to identify commercially viable locations and support the site evaluation and approval process.
• 1–3 years’ experience in property sourcing, retail expansion, business development or field sales is preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge of property documents, leasing processes, demographics and due diligence coordination.
• A valid riding / driving license and willingness to travel extensively across Sri Lanka.
