Job Profile
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
•Supporting day-to-day mall operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
•Coordinating with tenants to ensure compliance with lease terms, mall policies, and operational standards.
•Conducting regular inspections and audits of tenant outlets and following up on non-compliance.
•Handling tenant, customer, and visitor issues to minimize operational disruptions.
•Maintaining accurate tenant documentation including leases, licenses, insurance, and permits.
•Supporting leasing, marketing, and finance teams in achieving occupancy, revenue, and income targets.
•Coordinating maintenance activities with engineering teams, contractors, and service providers.
•Supporting mall promotions, events, and tenant activations and participating in Manager-on-Duty rotations and supporting daily operational decisions.
•Ensuring compliance with health, safety, legal, and insurance requirements.
Personal Profile
•A degree in Business Management, Property Management, Facilities Management or a related field.
•A minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in mall operations, retail operations, property management, or facilities management.
•Exposure to tenant coordination, lease administration, or retail operations in a multi-tenant environment.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
•Ability to handle operational issues and conflicts calmly and professionally.
