Tea Smallholder Factories PLC is a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC and is listed under the Food & Beverage Sector in the Colombo Stock Exchange. The principal activity of the company is manufacturing and sale of black tea with tea factories in the districts of Galle and Nuwara Eliya.
A vacancy exists for the role of Executive – Marketing, reporting to the Assistant Manager – Marketing, in an environment which encourages new ideas and initiatives and provides excellent performance-based career development opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with developing a brand for the company
- Creative development for the brand
- PR and communication
- Maintain social media pages for all the factories
- Maintain website content
- Maintain marketing budget
- Annual factory visits to generate content for the brand
Person Specifications
- Professional qualification in the field of marketing
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Possess a sound knowledge of marketing standards & procedures
- Computer literate
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
