Executive - Pre Sales

John Keells Properties leads the charge on the property development and real estate sector in Sri Lanka, with a significant portfolio of real estate in Colombo and the suburbs.
Property Sector of John Keells Group require the services of an Executive – Pre Sales to gear itself in driving lead generation through on-ground activations, building strategic relationships, engaging prospective buyers, and ensuring seamless handover of qualified leads to the Sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a good understanding of the assigned project and working closely with the Sales Managers.
 - Conducting on-ground activation campaigns at designated locations to source new leads.
 - Building relationships with banks, corporates, and community networks to tap into new buyer segments.
 - Engaging walk-ins and site visitors, understanding their requirements, and handing over qualified prospects to the Sales Manager.
 - Maintaining accurate and updated data on all prospects.
 - Preparing monthly reports on lead generation performance.
 - Representing the brand professionally at on/off-site activations and ensuring all customer interactions reflect JKP standards.
 
Personal Profile:
- 1- 2 years of experience in a sales role or a role of a similar capacity.
 - A Bachelor’s Degree or a professional qualification in Marketing/ Economics.
 - Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
