Job Responsibilities
- Plan for upgrade, maintenance and frequent monitoring the servers.
- Follow up on vendor agreements, SLAs and working with vendors to follow up.
- Provide required user support for all infrastructure, head office end user peripherals and other devices.
- Plan, initiate and do the relevant security and compliance updates, OS upgrades and for all end user devices.
- Management and maintenance of all infrastructure, adopt best practices and monitor for better utilization.
- Work with internal IT team on infrastructure, application and software rollout projects.
Person Specifications
- Following a bachelor’s degree/completed a degree and/or diploma in network administration and maintenance or completed CCNA course.
- More than 2 years of work experience in the similar field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and presentation skills.
- A good team player and has good negotiation skills.
