The Job
The position will be responsible for leading the Group’s Employer Branding and Employee Engagement functions, ensuring strategic alignment with the Group’s wider HR Strategy. The role will focus on enhancing the Group’s employee experience and strengthening the Group’s position as an employer of choice.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Drive Group-wide employee engagement initiatives and activities to strengthen organizational culture.
- Oversee the Group Performance Management and 360 Feedback processes, promoting a consistent and high-performance culture.
- Lead Employer Branding and University Engagement programs, including the John Keells Management Trainee programme to position the Group as an employer of choice.
The Applicant should:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Management (a Master’s Degree would be an added advantage).
- Have a minimum of seven (07) years of experience in Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, or a related HR role.
- Have excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Exhibit strategic thinking, creativity, and a strong drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Be capable of working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
