ONE JKH, the John Keells Group’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) initiative launched groundbreaking long-term strategies that are at the heart of our corporate values, ensuring that every individual feels valued, heard, and empowered.
We are seeking a passionate and driven individual, reporting to the Group Lead for DE&I, to support our ongoing ONE JKH initiatives and contribute our continued efforts towards an inclusive corporate culture. Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Group’s Core ONE JKH Team in the development and execution of DE&I programmes and processes across the Group.
- Conduct research on best practices, policies, and global trends in DE&I and present
- Support data collection and analysis related to workforce diversity metrics, and support in preparing reports and presentations to the leadership team.
- Assist in organising workshops, training sessions, and awareness campaigns etc in line with the strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate DE&I principles into our people-related processes, recruitment, and employee engagement where needed
- Work with external creative agencies and internal teams to create content for internal communications and external media (including social media and newsletter) to promote DEI initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for all ONE JKH-related activities.
Qualifications and pre-requisites:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Social Sciences, DE&I, or a related field.
- Proven interest and passion for diversity, inclusion, and social impact.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Research-oriented with a keen interest in global DEI trends and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
