Job Responsibilities
- Assisting and coordinating events and initiatives organized by Group Human Resources.
- Assisting the Group HR Operational Activities.
- Laisse stakeholders across the Business Units in building, enhancing, and developing Human Resource Initiatives.
Person Specifications
- Passion for event planning and employee engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills/relationship building.
- Dynamic, creative & results oriented.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva and various other platforms would be an added advantage.
- Attention to detail and strong project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
