Job Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events and initiatives led by Group Human Resources.
- Assist with day-to-day Group HR operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
- Liaise with stakeholders across various Business Units to support the development, enhancement, and implementation of Human Resource initiatives.
- Contribute to employee engagement programs and internal communication initiatives.
Person Specifications
- Strong interest in event planning and employee engagement initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Dynamic, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva and other relevant platforms is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with effective project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
