Team OCTAVE solves JKH’s most intractable problems across industry verticals by building pipelines using Python and Azure data factory to work on one of the country’s richest data lakes, building and implementing complex machine learning algorithms that will impact millions of Sri Lankans.
The HR Intern will support recruitment and onboarding activities by assisting with interview coordination, candidate communication and induction preparation. The Intern will help maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases to ensure information is well‑organized and up to date. In addition, the intern will assist with day‑to‑day HR operations, providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes.
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- A proactive, detail‑oriented, and reliable approach to work.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
