Person Specifications
- Degree / Diploma in IT or equivalent qualification.
- Qualifying in CCNA would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware / software & network
- Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware / software & network issues.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Patience and persistence.
