Investment Advisor

Property Sector of John Keells Group require the services of an Investment Advisor to drive our property sales. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

⦁Achieving the stipulated sales targets by identifying prospective clients through various lead generation methods and tap into new customer segments.

⦁Coordinating with the Finance and Legal departments to arrange necessary documentation .

⦁Ensuring high quality and responsive after sales services to match the customer requirement and coordinating between the relevant parties in order to achieve the same.

⦁Directing customer complaints to relevant parties and following-up to respond to customers without undue delays.

Person Specifications:

⦁Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales/ investment related role (previous experience in handling high value investment advisor role will be an added advantage)

⦁Higher educational or a professional qualification in Marketing/ Economics

⦁Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
