Job Profile
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
•Achieving the stipulated sales targets by identifying prospective clients through various lead generation methods and tapping into new customer segments.
•Coordinating with the Finance and Legal departments and arranging necessary documentation.
•Ensuring high quality and responsive after sales services to match the customer requirement and coordinating between the relevant parties.
•Directing customer complaints to relevant parties and following-up and responding to customers without undue delays.
Personal Profile
•Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales/ investment related role (previous experience in handling a high value investment advisor role will be an added advantage).
•Higher educational or a professional qualification in Marketing/ Economics.
•Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
