Manager - Digital & Performance Marketing
Property Sector of John Keells Group require the services of a Manager – Digital & Performance Marketing to strengthen its digital presence by leading end-to-end digital strategy, driving performance marketing initiatives, enhancing online visibility, and ensuring effective lead generation and funnel management across all digital platforms.
Job Profile:
You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives to drive qualified leads and improve campaign performance across multiple real estate projects. You will be leading the overall digital strategy, ensuring strong performance across key digital platforms, and driving core functions such as performance marketing, SEO, website optimization, analytics, and lead management.
You will also be providing creative direction for digital content, managing agency partnerships, and tracking competitor activity to strengthen the project’s digital presence and ensure effective, ROI-focused digital execution.
Personal Profile:
You are expected to have a strong academic background in marketing or a related field, supported by solid experience in digital or performance marketing at a managerial level. You will be responsible for leading strategic digital initiatives, managing budgets, and ensuring data-driven performance across key platforms and CRM processes. The ideal candidate is expected to be highly data-driven, strategic, and experienced in generating high-quality leads through advanced digital marketing techniques.
The role also requires strong technical expertise, analytical capability, and a deep understanding of digital consumer behaviour, enabling you to translate insights into meaningful digital outcomes.
