Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and analytically strong finance professional to join our Group Corporate Finance team as Manager. This role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their exposure to strategic finance while taking ownership of core planning and investment analysis functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting long-term financial planning, evaluating investment opportunities, and contributing to strategic initiatives across the Group.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Lead the Group’s annual and bi-annual financial planning and consolidation process, working closely with business units to assess performance and forecast outcomes.
- Support the formulation of capital raising strategies by preparing funding models and evaluating financing options in line with business unit needs.
- Contribute to strategic planning and portfolio reviews by providing analytical insights and sector benchmarking.
- Conduct detailed investment and financial analyses, including valuation, scenario modeling, and due diligence to support capital allocation decisions.
- Assist in evaluating mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and restructuring initiatives, including preparation of financial models and board materials.
- Lead the end-to-end development of the JKH Annual Report and the compilation of the Management Discussion and Analysis section of the Report, working in close collboration with a cross-functional team.
- Support in special projects and strategic initiatives of the Group, as directed by senior leadership.
The Applicant should:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or an equivalent professional qualification (ACCA / CIMA / ICASL / CFA).
- Possess a minimum of seven (05) years’ relevant experience.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial modelling and structuring, investment appraisal techniques, taxation and legal principles, and accounting standards.
- Have strategic and analytical capability with the ability to conceptualise/execute complex transactions.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
