Manager - Sales Partnerships

Property Sector of John Keells Group require the services of a Manager - Sales Partnership to drive our property sales by building strong real estate agent partnerships. 

 

As the Manager - Sales Partnership attached to the Property Sector, your primary responsibility will be to build and manage strong relationships with real estate agents to drive sales across the full range of the company's real estate portfolio ensuring effective stakeholder relationships and enhances project visibility to maximize property sales. 

 

The role:

•    Manage and optimize real estate sales through partnerships with agents and stakeholders.
•    Develop and customize sales strategies for acquiring and retaining partners and manage agreements to align with the company’s sales objectives.
•    Strengthen relationships with real estate agents, implement engagement programs and incentives, and expand the agency network to boost sales. 
•    Drive strategic growth by identifying new opportunities, aligning sales and marketing strategies, and ensuring seamless customer experiences through agency partnerships.
•    Enhance agent sales effectiveness through training, provide essential tools and materials, and conduct performance reviews to drive success.
•    Monitor agency sales performance, track KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to ensure targets are met and drive continuous improvement.
 

Person Specifications:

 

•    Minimum 5 years in sales, business development, or partnership management, with a proven track record in expanding agency networks.
•    Expertise in sales and engagement strategy execution, relationship management, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making.
•    Strong leadership, networking, and team management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
