Outlet Maintenance Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance & Breakdown Prevention, Conduct routine outlet inspections, identify potential failures and complete basic preventive maintenance, in order to minimize equipment, facility breakdowns and maintain outlet operational readiness. 
• Breakdown Response & Minor Repairs, Respond to outlet maintenance incidents and carry out minor electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs within own technical capability in order to restore operations in the shortest possible time and minimize downtime.
• Supplier, Specialist & Warranty Coordination, Engage approved suppliers, service agents or specialist technicians for repairs beyond own capability, with particular focus on equipment within warranty in order to ensure timely rectification and avoid unnecessary repair costs.
• On-Call Support, Documentation & Communication Provide on-call maintenance support outside standard working hours when required and maintain accurate maintenance records in order to support uninterrupted outlet operations, ensure accountability and enable analysis of recurring issues.

Person Specifications

• Diploma, NVQ or technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, MEP, Building Services or a related technical field. 3–5 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, equipment servicing or a similar technical role. Experience in restaurants, hotels, retail, manufacturing or other multi-site operations is advantageous. A valid riding/driving license and ability to travel between outlets is preferred.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
• Understanding of the operational importance of equipment uptime in a QSR environment, basic understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance, awareness of equipment warranty conditions and supplier service processes, understanding of basic MEP systems and safe working practices, and the ability to prioritize maintenance incidents based on operational impact and urgency.
• Responsible for carrying out electrical, mechanical, and plumbing (MEP) maintenance activities by applying preventive and corrective maintenance principles to ensure the reliable operation of building systems and equipment. Inspecting the basic MEP systems, identifying faults, coordinating equipment warranty claims and service requirements with vendors, maintaining accurate maintenance records and service history documentation, and ensuring full compliance with workplace health and safety requirements while performing all maintenance activities.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and minor repair capability, rapid response and problem solving, prioritization based on operational impact, supplier and technician coordination, clear communication with outlet teams, record keeping and maintenance reporting, ability to work independently and under pressure, and willingness to travel between outlets and provide on-call support.
