Process Associate - Quality Assurance

Job Responsibilities

• Perform regular quality checks on processed transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
• Select appropriate samples of transactions for auditing based on defined sampling techniques
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports and dashboards
• Conduct regular audits to identify errors, process deviations, and compliance issues
• Work closely with operation teams to ensure quality objectives are met and resolve issues alise with the team members
• Conduct time and motion studies to evaluate process efficiency
• Work closely with operations teams and client representatives to identify and resolve quality-related issues
• Conduct periodic quality audits with a focus on compliance and performance
• Prepare/maintain dashboards through Power BI
• Bring out ideas and improve processes through automation using the available automation tools

Person Specifications

• 6+ months of relevant experience in Auditing Division / Quality Assurance Division in BPO Sector with prior experience in preparing Audit reports, MIS reports, Dashboards, etc
• Basic understanding of analytical tools/automation tools such as Power BI/Power Query Workplaces
• Following or completed a relevant degree program or professional qualification
• Good knowledge and experience in MS Excel (Knowledge in Macro would be advantage)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
• Basic understanding of analytical tools/automation tools such as Power BI/Power Query
• Willingness to work on shifts based on requirement and ravel when required to Infomate Work Locations
