Job Responsibilities
• Proactively following up and nurturing leads generated from various marketing channels, with the goal of converting them into sales and generating sufficient leads to meet our sales targets.
• Providing exceptional customer support and assistance for all inquiries related to BYD sales, aftersales, charging, and parts.
• Efficiently completing customer documentation pertaining to vehicle registrations and financing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assisting with any additional documentation required for special purposes, such as Special numbers and Permit schemes.
• Managing the entire process of vehicle deliveries, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for our customers.
• Upholding a consistently high level of customer satisfaction in accordance with BYD guidelines.
Person Specifications
• 2 years of combined experience with Automotive sales.
• A bachelor’s degree in management or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in managing Government Permit related sales will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record of vehicle sales including fleet management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer care experience.
• Willingness to visit different geographical locations when required.
