Senior Executive- Group HR

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Group HR team as Senior Executive – Group HR, with a focus on advancing our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy under the OneJKH approach. Reporting to the Vice President – HR, this role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to embed DEI into our workplace culture and ensure Group HR policies reflect organizational priorities, legal requirements, and global best practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the DEI team and act as the liaison between HR and DEI initiatives.
- Engage with external DEI partners and support communications to amplify messaging.
- Track DEI metrics, prepare dashboards & reports, and generate leadership insights.
- Assist in reviewing and enhancing HR policies and driving policy awareness.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Sociology, Psychology, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ HR experience; exposure to DEI, learning, or engagement is an advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical skills, and Excel proficiency.
- Passion for HR and DEI, with experience in multicultural or matrix environments.
