Warehouse Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor scheduled cases, supplier confirmations, and arrivals, ensuring accurate tracking of scheduled, confirmed, and received cases.

  • Track supplier compliance with arrival times and communication, monitor fill rates, and report variances with corrective actions.
  • Ensure cases are properly recorded and moved to put-away, while allocating staff effectively across normal, high rack, and trainee tasks.
  • Track operator productivity, monitor efficiency, and review receiver performance against KPIs.
  • Oversee attendance (absentees, freshers, green staff) to ensure optimal manpower utilization across receiving and put-away.
  • Monitor supplier on-time arrivals, truck turnaround time, and case-to-line ratios to maintain smooth operations.

Person Specifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Warehouse Management or a similar industry.
  • Diploma or higher education in a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in English (literature and communication).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • High integrity with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
