Warehouse Executive
Job Responsibilities

Monitor scheduled cases, supplier confirmations, and arrivals, ensuring accurate tracking of scheduled, confirmed, and received cases.

Track supplier compliance with arrival times and communication, monitor fill rates, and report variances with corrective actions.

Ensure cases are properly recorded and moved to put-away, while allocating staff effectively across normal, high rack, and trainee tasks.

Track operator productivity, monitor efficiency, and review receiver performance against KPIs.

Oversee attendance (absentees, freshers, green staff) to ensure optimal manpower utilization across receiving and put-away.

Monitor supplier on-time arrivals, truck turnaround time, and case-to-line ratios to maintain smooth operations.
Person Specifications
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Warehouse Management or a similar industry.

Diploma or higher education in a related field.

Strong proficiency in English (literature and communication).

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
-
High integrity with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
