Executive, Guest Service

Job Responsibilities

The Guest Service Executive serves as our guests' first point of contact and is responsible for managing reservations, administering check-ins and check-outs, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities while providing exceptional service to guests upon arrival and making them feel welcome. You will be the source of information to guests on various matters while responding to guests' complaints in a timely and professional manner. This role will anticipate guests' needs to better cater to their needs and communicate any special requests by guests to the appropriate department. In addition, this role will require upselling additional facilities and services when appropriate and maintaining updated records of bookings and payments.

Qualifications

 

  • Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or a similar role in a Star Class hotel
