Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement effective training material to deliver classroom, online, and on-the-job training.
  • Conduct training sessions for newly recruited employees and ensure proper record-keeping as per established processes.
  • Develop and enhance training curriculums based on current training needs analysis and business processes.
  • Improve training delivery standards by fostering learner engagement through innovative thinking and challenging conventional methods.
  • Ensure the effective management and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Plan and implement workforce development programs aligned with business requirements.

Person Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Supply chain , Logistics or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or facilitation.
  • Any certification in training & development would be an added advantage.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
