Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement effective training material to deliver classroom, online, and on-the-job training.
- Conduct training sessions for newly recruited employees and ensure proper record-keeping as per established processes.
- Develop and enhance training curriculums based on current training needs analysis and business processes.
- Improve training delivery standards by fostering learner engagement through innovative thinking and challenging conventional methods.
- Ensure the effective management and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Plan and implement workforce development programs aligned with business requirements.
Person Specifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Supply chain , Logistics or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or facilitation.
- Any certification in training & development would be an added advantage.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
