Warehouse Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure timely truck dispatch from the Distribution Center (DC) to outlets, following the planned route and timeline.
• Uphold safety, quality, and hygiene protocols in warehouse operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and system requirements.
• Plan and manage workforce rosters efficiently, ensuring optimal resource allocation for smooth operations.
• Track employee performance to enhance KPIs and coordinate supply chain activities with the collection center and JMSL team to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain product quality throughout the supply chain, oversee supplier selection and evaluation, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 QMS and ISO 45001:2018 OHS MS.
• Identify and address nonconformities, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold health and safety standards for all service providers.

Person Specifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a similar industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in a relevant field.
• Prior experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenges effectively.
• A proactive individual with a positive attitude.
