Warehouse Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate supplier schedules by monitoring scheduled cases, supplier confirmations, arrivals, and compliance with agreed arrival times and communication requirements.
- Manage inbound receiving and case flow by tracking scheduled, confirmed, and received cases, monitoring fill rates, and ensuring accurate recording and movement to put-away.
- Monitor supplier and truck performance by tracking on-time arrivals, truck turnaround time, delays, and supplier non-compliance, including uninformed and turned-back cases.
- Manage put-away operations by allocating staff, monitoring operator productivity, and tracking put-away times and efficiency.
- Manage workforce and manpower utilization by monitoring attendance, receiver performance, and ensuring effective allocation of staff across receiving and put-away activities.
- Monitor and report operational KPIs including Case Fill Rate, Case to Line Ratio, Supplier On-Time Arrival %, Truck Turnaround Time, and Operator Productivity, while identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
Person Specifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar industry.
- Diploma-level or higher education in a relevant field.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage operational challenges effectively.
