About the Role:
As Assistant Manager – Communications, you will play a key role in shaping the brand voice of Sri Lanka’s leading real estate developer. From overseeing content strategy to managing internal and external communications, this role requires a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and executional excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute communication strategies that align with JKP’s brand vision
Craft engaging content across digital, print, and PR platforms
Manage social media communication and ensure brand consistency
Lead internal communication initiatives to enhance company culture
Collaborate with PR agencies, media partners, and creative teams to drive impactful storytelling
What We’re Looking For
🔹 3-5 years of experience in communications, branding, or PR
🔹 Strong storytelling and content creation skills
🔹 Experience in social media and digital marketing
🔹 Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects
