Business Analyst & Productivity Improvement

Job Responsibilities

1. Identify operational inefficiencies, analyze workflows, and recommend process improvements to enhance overall business performance.
2. Plan, monitor, and execute projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
3. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate insights, support management decision-making, and track KPIs.
4. Simplify and streamline operational processes through innovative solutions and technology-driven automation.
5. Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and strategic planning to support medium- and long-term business expansion.

Person Specifications

1. Minimum of two years’ work experience in operations, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
2. Degree in Logistics or a related discipline, relevant to operational improvement.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
4. Good project management and coordination skills, with the ability to track KPIs and meet deadlines.
5. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with adaptability to drive change and continuous improvement.
