HR & Admin Officer

What do you need to do:
· Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring employee data is accurate and current at all times.
· Oversee and manage all HR & Admin-related payment processes to ensure smooth and timely operations.
· Coordinate with port authorities and other external stakeholders to obtain necessary operational approvals and documentation.
· Implement and follow up on employee welfare initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effectiveness.
· Organize and manage training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and maintaining related documentation.
· Support recruitment activities by coordinating job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
What we are looking for:
· A bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or an equivalent professional qualification (CIPM/SHRM)
· Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to digital HR systems (HRIS) will be an advantage.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and work collaboratively with teams across all levels.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to details, accuracy, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Good understanding of labour laws, health & safety standards, and HR best practices.
