As an Intern-Group Learning & Development, you will assist in the organizing of learning initiatives and events and be responsible for creating and curating content that promotes employee development and growth. You will work closely with the Group L&D team to create engaging and informative content, training materials and multimedia content.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinating the rolling out of Learning and Development initiatives and events.
- Develop content and branding materials for Group Learning and Development.
- Assisting the team in Learning and Development Operational Activities.
- Create and design engaging graphics, animations, interactive activities and content.
- Upload and manage learning content on the LMS and provide insights to improve the digital learning experience.
- Collaborate with other members of the Learning and Development team to ensure that the content created is relevant, effective, and aligned with business needs.
Person Specifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in the fields of Management/ Multimedia
- Experience using graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
- Passion for event planning and coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Strong interpersonal skills/ relationship building.
- Dynamic, creative & results oriented.
- Attention to detail and strong project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
