Job Responsibilities
- Assisting and coordinating events and initiatives organized by the Group HR.
- Assisting the team in HR Operational Activities.
- Support in Employee Onboarding and Offboarding Formalities.
- Contribute to the initial stages of HR process and procedure formulation
Person Specifications
- Passion for event planning and employee engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both English and Sinhala.
- Strong interpersonal skills/relationship building.
- Dynamic, creative & results oriented.
- Attention to detail and strong project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
