Executive - Technical Support

Job Responsibilities

• Handling all Technical matters with Franchisers and Field staff in all Island and solving issues by giving solutions.
• Giving Technical related instruction to all Island Franchises.
• Delay complaints Coordinating with supplier / Franchiser.
• Coordinating and giving instructions to inhouse staff (Sithum & Chaminda) related to breakdowns.
• Handling all Technical matters with Franchisers and Field staff in all Island and solving issues by giving solutions.
• Giving Technical related instruction to all Island Franchises.
• Delay complaints Coordinating with supplier / Franchiser.
• Coordinating and giving instructions to inhouse staff (Sithum & Chaminda) related to breakdowns.
• Removing usable parts from Condemn/Discarded units for reusable purposes for other freezers and obtaining the list for condemn units from distributor points & service agents & discarding the units after audit.
• Withdrawal of old (not in good condition) coolers from distributor points are allocated for refurbishment work on my supervision.

Person Specifications

• Diploma in air conditioning and refrigeration from a recognized institution with minimum 2 years’ experience.
• A thorough understanding of the distribution and sales dynamics.
• Knowledge of the specific trade and distribution system, Salesmanship, Customer requirements.
• Communication skills, Microsoft Office package skills, interpersonal skills, ability to work long hours, ability to ride a motorcycle & time management.
