Key Account Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure sustained profitability from key accounts while delivering value-added services.
• Maximize sales opportunities by identifying and capitalizing on upselling and cross-selling potential.
• Secure mutually beneficial agreements through effective negotiation strategies.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and exceeding expectations.
• Anticipate market demand and optimize inventory levels to meet client needs efficiently.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while monitoring key performance metrics.
• Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration and business growth.

Person Specifications

• 1-2 years of experience in FMCG Key Account Management. Experience in modern trade key account management and any sales function would be an added advantage, while prior exposure to the food and beverage industry is a plus.
• The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation and communication skills, proficiency in data analysis and reporting, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, and the capability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Additionally, candidates must be willing to travel and possess a valid driving license.
• Sound business understanding in order to implement brand & sales strategies as well as understanding of Sales, Distribution processes and consumer behaviors.
• Sound knowledge of FMCG marketing and selling trends, competitive marketing & selling strategies.
