The Finance Apprentice Programme aims to recruit and groom the best accountants and is a highly sought after programme with over 500 applications received. This 3 year structured programme is inclusive of Financial Accounting fundamentals, practical operational accounting, class room training and exposure to the leading ERP system; SAP. The programme also includes highly valued deployments in John Keells Business Unit of choice and each apprentice is mentored by a Sector Financial Controller in the John Keells Group. Upon completion, each batch will be awarded the “Infomate Finance Apprentice” certificate and the possible opportunity to join the finance team in a John Keells Group subsidiary.
