Job Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the following
Recrutiment and selection
Download CVs, Schedule interviews, update interview statistics, coordinate selection tests, followup on interview feedback, managing the CVs and the interview databases, handling joining formalities
HR Operations
Confirmations, Contract renewals, Processing resginations and completing exit formalities
Follow up on leave and attendace
Handling the medical claim process and company ID cards
Employee Engagement
Organise Events to Improve Engagement
PMS
PMS Activities conducted on time
Reporting
Preparing various periodic reports (head count / leave and attendance)
Recruitment and Selection
Publish adverts, and technical feedback.
