Senior Process Associate - Financial Services

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end Asset Acquisition to Retirement (A2R) process.
• Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) projects and ensure timely capitalization of completed assets.
• Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register within the SAP ERP system.
• Prepare and analyze Management Information (MI) Reports related to fixed assets.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of asset-related records and documentation.
• Support the achievement of departmental KPIs while adhering to asset management policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of fixed asset processes.

Person Specifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in Fixed Asset Accounting.
• Completed or currently pursuing a Finance/Accounting Degree.
• Part-qualified in CA, ACCA, AAT, CPA or CIMA.
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Asset Accounting and Asset Capitalization processes.
• Experience in SAP ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-driven, accountable, organized, and a strong team player.
