Senior Process Associate - Financial Services

Job Responsibilities

• Review Project Code creation requirements and identify relevant parameters.
• Create and maintain Project Codes and Functional Locations in SAP.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved Purchase Requisitions.
• Track Purchase Orders and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely processing.
• Create Service Entry Sheets (SES) in SAP to facilitate payment processing.
• Liaise with business users on Vendor Registration and Contract Creation activities.
• Ensure compliance with Master Data Governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Maintain accuracy and quality of SCM master data records.
• Monitor and achieve agreed KPIs and service delivery targets.

Person Specifications

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement Operations, or Master Data Management.
• Currently pursuing or completed an Undergraduate qualification in Supply Chain Management.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes and Master Data Creation/Maintenance.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Exposure to SAP/ERP systems will be a distinct advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Sinhala. Tamil language skills will be an added advantage.
