Team Lead - Accounts Receivable

Team Lead - Finance & Accounting (Accounts Receivable)
Location: Orion City, Dematagoda
Shift: 12.30 pm to 9.30 pm (UK Calendar)
Job Responsibilities
- Engage management over any AR issues.
- Assist the team in technical matters.
- Liaising with the client to resolve issues on day today routine areas.
- Build strong internal relationship with cluster FCs, Cluster Accountants and GMs.
Person Specifications
- A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role or a similar capacity.
- Actively pursuing or have completed a relevant degree or professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, CMA, AAT, or CA.
- Good knowledge and experience with MS Excel and bookkeeping in NetSuite is an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work a shift basis, from 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm, following the UK calendar.
