Job Responsibilities
- Processing and validating Accounts Payable Invoices
- Involving in supplier and other stakeholder communication
- Handling issues related to Accounts Payables
- Assisting the client on improving the Accounts Payables process
- Preparing Management Reports and Analysis
- Preparing Payment Schedules and Reconciliation of Payments
Person Specifications
- 4+ years relevant work experience in Accounts Payables
- Completed or following a relevant degree program or a professional qualification in Finance/ Accounting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
- Good knowledge and experience in Advanced Excel with analytical skills
- Willingness to work for the Australian Time (4.30am to 1.00pm) and Calendar
