Job Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit & loss statements by store/region.
- Prepare and post journal entries, including month-end and year-end adjustments
- Perform reconciliations especially Bank and Credit card reconciliations and month-end closure tasks.
- ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP and reporting tools Tableau, Power BI will be utilized.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and audit requirements.
Person Specifications
- A person that possesses a Bachelor's degree or Professional Qualification in related field from a recognized Institute.
- More than 4 years of experience in the relevant field including Supervisor roles.
- Experience in Management Accounting and Month-End tasks is required.
- Proficient in Advanced Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- A person that has strong international client management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage SLAs and timelines.
- Willingness to work for the UK Time (12:30 - 9:30 PM) and Calendar.
